What better way to start the day than with a delicious 'bacon buttie' made with Mackenzies bacon, mmmm. It really is 'proper' bacon.  I also love the delicate flavour of their smoked salmon.  I'm tempted to lie when serving their smoked salmon pate and say its my own, but I don't and its always a hit.

If you enjoy Mackenzies Smokehouse products then you should make a trip to our restaurant, based at the Smokehouse. There you can indulge in some of our delicious smoked foods and other local products whipped up into scrumptious meals by our head chef, Andy Wilkinson, and his team.

Our light and bright restaurant is nestled in the Yorkshire Dales, in Blubberhouses, possessing enviable views across the countryside. Why not get togged up and tuck into one of our Walkers Breakfast's before heading out on one of our many stunning local walks. You could then treat yourself to a cup of tea and a slice of our homemade cake upon your return.

If walking is not really your thing you could combine your restaurant trip with a spot of retail therapy. Mackenzies Smokehouse has its very own food and gift shop and there are also a number of other local shops that are definitely worth a visit.

Our restaurant is the perfect place to sit back and relax with friends and family. You can enjoy some of the best food that Yorkshire has to offer in the most tranquil of surroundings.
