Trawl through the delights of this delicious hamper which contains a superb selection of our smoked and cured fish.

• 1 x 100gm Mackenzies Special recipe Gravadlax .  The freshest of salmon cured with wine, dill and fresh citrus fruits. 
• 1 x 200gm Mackenzies Smoked Shetland Salmon.  Finest smoked salmon, cured and oak smoked for a refined flavour
• 1 x 200gm Mackenzies sliced Oak Roasted Salmon. Quite different from the standard smoked salmon, this delicious roasted variation of smoked salmon provides a refreshing contrast. 
• 1 x 200gm Mackenzies Festive pate.  Mackenzies magnificent smoked salmon pate with an added twist of flavours of lime, lemon and orange.
• 1 x 200gm Mackenzies Smoked Salmon Pate.  Our locally caught Nidderdale trout is carefully filleted and smoked to give a delicate flavour.  Serve with a little horseradish sauce to be a little different.
• 1 x Mackenzies Oak Roasted Mackerel fillets.  A top quality mackerel, full of flavour and nutrition.  Serve hot or cold. (2 fillets per pack)
• 1 x Mackenzies Lemon & Thyme Mackerel fillets.  Mackenzies traditional Mackerel with the added flaours of lemon and thyme, delicious!
• 1 x Mackenzies Famous Kipper Fillets.  2 pairs of our delicious award winning Kipper fillets.  Gently heat through and serve with slices of brown bread and butter.
