HAMPER - Fewston Festive Hamper

Within a very short distance from our smokehouse we have a number of reservoirs.  Fewston is one of these, just three minutes away.  We are privileged to work in such a magnificent area, surrounded by so many natural attractions.  Walkers regularly visit our shop and tell us of the wonderful wildlife that they have observed.

Our Christmas hamper will make light work of entertaining at home or  why not 'make a friend or family's day' by sending as a gift!.

Hamper contains:-

• 1 x 500g Mackenzies finest sliced Smoked Shetland Salmon
• 2 x 200g Mackenzies Festive Pate. A delicious salmon pate combined with the flavours of fresh oranges, limes and lemons.
• 2 x         Mackenzies Smoked Nidderdale Trout. A delicate balance of oak smoke and trout flavours combined together to give a superb product.  Each pack contains two trout fillets. minimum  pack weight 150gm 
• 2 x 2      Mackenzies  Oak Roasted Salmon. These delicious finger portions, each weighing a minimum of 90gm are gently smoked and roasted, just add to a lovely salad, serve with fresh crusty bread and perhaps a glass of rose for an effortless meal. Each pack contains 2 finger portions.
• 2 x         Mackenzies Smoked Chicken Fillets.  Our chicken is the very best; Yorkshire born, Yorkshire bred and Yorkshire  grain fed. We do not use any false flavouring or colourants in our products but rely on the very best ingredients and expert smoking skills to create a sensational product.  Each pack contains 1 boneless chicken fillet, minimum weight 220gm each
• 1 x          Mackenzies Smoked Duck Fillet.  Prime succulent duck fillet smoked over oak.  Finely slice and serve as a canape, a starter or with a salad as a light meal.  Minimum weight 250gm
• 2 x          Mackenzies Smoked Sliced Venison.  Serve with dressed  Lollo Rosso leaves and shavings of Mackenzies  Smoked Parmasan for a fabulous starter.  Each pack weighs 100gm    
• 1 x          Mackenzies Smoked Parmasan Cheese.  Use as part of your cheese board or shave over our Smoked Venison or grate over pasta for something a little more unusual.  Minimum weight 140gm
