Our Russian Gravadlax is bursting with fresh flavours of oranges, lemons and beetroot.  We source the freshest Scottish salmon and carefully cure it using wine, brandy,herbs, fresh lemons and oranges with the final addition of Yorkshire beetroot specially grown for us by our Assistant Manager, Alan.  Each pack contains 100gm of prime slices which can be enjoyed as a canape, starter or light lunch.
