I came across Mackenzies stall and purchased a pack of the sliced dry cured bacon. I cooked some the following day and what I tasted was a bacon with a delightful smokey character, very mellow and totally moorish as I cooked it all and between two of us ate the lot. I can say that I will have to get some more and it was the best bacon I have had the pleasure to eat. I will certainly try more of the companies products in future. |
